Project Management
TCPM's Project Management comprises a broad pool of experienced and professional project managers and project leaders that allows their clients to rely on flexible resources and professional capacity. As a result, appropriate project management specialists can be deployed quickly and professionally.
This department applies the following secondment + formula:
- together with you, one or more projects are defined that must be managed/led by a project manager/project leader from TCPM;
- together with you, we determine the necessary activities that have to be carried out by the TCPM project manager/project leader so that the ultimately desired goal can be achieved together with the project team (an aspect that is always paramount during the project).
This is why it is perfectly possible to work on both a full-time and part-time basis.
TCPM imposes stringent demands on the quality of its project managers. This enables you to ensure – together with an interim project manager from TCPM – that your projects achieve the intended end result in an adequate manner.
Project managers with a capital M are the ones who make the difference!
