Privacy and TCPM

TCPM and its subsidiary companies comply with the Dutch law concerning the protection of personal data (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens). Your (personal) data at our website we will, according to the legal demands, dealt with meticulous and confidential. The following survey deals about the data we refer to, the purpose, to whom they are intended for and in which manner you may have them removed.


Data and purpose

Given data received by TCPM will exclusively be used for the purpose to which you have provided them.

1. In two cases personal data is necessary for the communication between you (as a potential client) and TCPM (as contractor). It concerns the request form support and the request form rotor container. Filling in these forms is the first step to a potential assignment. At the request, apart from a short description, your company name, the name of the person whom to contact, your complete address, as well as your e-mail address is asked for.
2. Likewise it is possible that you, by leaving your name and e-mail address, take a subscription to the TC-Newsletter. This newsletter will be published four times a year.
3. Finally it is possible that you as a job applicant or TCPM employee provide personal data to TCPM. Especially for this category an extensive Privacy statement TCPM has been formulated, concerning the way in which TCPM handles your personal data.


Who will receive the data

The personal data will exclusively be provided to a therefore authorized TCPM employee, who will work with this data according to the intended purpose only.


How you may correct or remove these data

Whenever you like to have your data corrected or removed, please sent an e-mail with that request to tcpm@tcpm.nl .


In which way these data are secured

Our internal systems and its accesses are highly secured against unauthorized persons. Data send over the Internet are, however, not coded.
TCPM does not accept any responsibility for damages as a result of unwanted infringement of unauthorized persons, like hackers.


Statistics

For quality improvement purposes, website visitor statistics will be issued. These statistics cannot be converted to individuals.


Restriction

TCPM reserves the right to alter the above as well as the Privacy statement TCPM.
